In this total body, core, strength, and cardio metabolic group workout, you will torch fat, improve fitness, and boost your performance. This class is perfect for all ages and ability levels, including goals of fat loss, athletic or general performance, or overall health and wellness. By definition, “metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.”
